Automotive Parts Support Specialist

Talent World is recruiting for a Parts Support Specialist to assist dealers with parts requests and inventory management in Toronto. You will directly work with global distribution teams, analyze data for stock performance, and solve procurement issues. Candidates should have a strong background in automotive parts, logistics, and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process dealer parts requests through internal systems
• Coordinate with distribution teams for order resolution
• Provide technical support on part specifications
• Track orders and manage delivery estimates
• Optimize stock replenishment through data analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 3–5 years in automotive parts or dealership experience
• 1–2 years in logistics or warehouse operations
• SAP knowledge, preferably MM or WM
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
