Position: Lindt Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst

As part of the Customer Replenishment team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate national forecasting and inventory replenishment. With a focus on continuous improvement, your strong analytical skills and relationship-building abilities will help tackle supply chain challenges effectively. You will engage in planning activities that enhance service levels and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and supply chain to improve efficiencies

• Create accurate forecasts for product categories

• Analyze predictions and adjust based on customer data

• Report performance metrics to senior leadership

• Support new product launches and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in replenishment or forecasting

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills

• Experience with enterprise planning tools

• Quick adaptation to customer systems

• Results-driven mindset and collaboration skills
