Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Team Lead, Supply Chain Solutions & Channel Enablement in Toronto, ON. This leadership role involves directing a team of Supply Chain Consultants and Channel Enablement Consultants across multiple work streams.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and prioritize work for a team of Supply Chain Consultants and Channel Enablement Consultants
- Set clear expectations, provide direction on analysis and execution, and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
- Partner with Merchandising teams to identify, develop, and execute supply chain cost improvements
- Lead divisional improvement initiatives leveraging cross-functional Supply Chain partners (Capacity Planning, Transportation, DC Operations)
- Identify, define, and prioritize DNP improvement opportunities and drive solution development
- Ensure appropriate Dealer Minimum Order Quantities (DMOQs) for all SKUs
- Lead detailed cost-benefit analyses on targeted Line Reviews
- Oversee end-to-end vendor and SKU setup including system configuration, lead times, and program participation
- Ensure cross-functional readiness for go-lives, seasonal transitions, and program execution
- Manage execution exceptions including backorders, ASN issues, and duplicate shipments
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent knowledge
- Supply chain analysis and optimization experience in a retail or merchandising context
- Team leadership skills with experience coaching consultants and managing deliverables
- Cross-functional collaboration ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including cost-benefit analysis
- Familiarity with vendor and SKU setup processes
- Salary range: $64,000 – $106,000 per annum

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Experience in supply chain analysis, optimization, and team leadership. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
