Supply Chain Manager Pooch

Lead warehousing and fulfilment operations at Canada Pooch in Toronto. This role requires expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and operational efficiency across multiple channels.

As a Supply Chain Manager reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will drive performance in warehousing, retail, e-commerce, and Amazon fulfilment. Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Marketing is essential for ensuring inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory synchronization

• Manage end-to-end retail order fulfilment processes

• Ensure SLA compliance in e-commerce order processing

• Monitor Amazon inventory replenishment and returns

• Prepare and track the operational budget for Supply Chain

Requirements:

• 5+ years in supply chain and operations management

• Strong knowledge of EDI systems and ERP/WMS platforms

• Experience with Shopify and Amazon fulfilment preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with focus on data accuracy

• Solutions-oriented mindset and passion for dogs
