Job Summary
This is a 12‑month term position serving the GSO‑Logistics Processes & Projects team, providing data analysis, developing systems, owning and implementing projects, and supporting multiple initiatives across Logistics, Distribution, and 3PL.
Responsibilities- Support process‑improvement projects integrating with Logistics / Distribution and related partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide daily support and respond to opportunities and needs for process and data analysis.
- Identify opportunities for analysis and improvement, and make recommendations.
- Gather, organize and analyze information pertinent to Logistics / Distribution and present summary information and recommendations in project reports.
- Assist in evaluating data using spreadsheets and performing quantitative/qualitative analysis.
- Support the revision of Standard Operating Procedures related to new project or procedure implementation.
- Act as liaison with internal customers, support groups and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis.
- Work collaboratively within a team‑based problem‑solving environment.
- Adhere to corporate values and compliance programs, including Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
- Execute all assigned duties in alignment with safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Intermediate to senior level student, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year in a technical program.
- Preferred fields:
Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical area.
- Strong technical background in computer and data applications.
- Project management experience or knowledge.
- Quantitative and empirical data analysis skills.
- Team‑orientation and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a high‑paced environment.
- Preferably prior co‑op experience.
- Preferably exposure to Pharmaceutical Supply Chain.

CompensationThe hiring range is $17.60–$28.51 CAD per hour. Final agreed‑upon salary may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
