Position: Fullscript VP of Supply Chain Operations
Drive Fullscript's supply chain and merchandising strategy as the VP of Merchandising & Supply Operations. Lead technology-enabled initiatives for enhanced growth and product availability.
As the Vice President, you will integrate demand planning and inventory management into a cohesive strategy. Your experience of over ten years in supply chain functions will help refine merchandising strategies while improving operational performance. You'll collaborate extensively with leadership and cross-functional teams to foster efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define an integrated supply chain strategy aligned with company goals

• Oversee merchandising and product lifecycle management

• Ensure supplier compliance and reduce unauthorized resellers

• Champion an AI-enabled approach in supply-side operations

• Track end-to-end supply chain performance metrics
Requirements:

• 10+ years in supply chain or merchandising management

• Proven leadership in retail or e-commerce environments

• Strong financial acumen managing budgets and working capital

• Experience in planning and replenishment system implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain
