Position: Manager for Supply Chain Innovation at Kraft Heinz
Drive excellence in supply chain initiatives with Kraft Heinz in Toronto. Lead projects from innovation to execution while optimizing network solutions and overseeing critical operational improvements.
As the Manager of Supply Chain Development, you'll report to the AD, Supply Chain Development, playing a pivotal role in CANADA BU initiatives. This position demands strong collaboration with marketing, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering teams. You'll tackle productivity improvement and coordinate capital requests for project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercialization projects ensuring on-time delivery

• Optimize supply chain network for brand improvements

• Champion productivity and value engineering initiatives

• Coordinate capital engineering requests and funding

• Foster interdepartmental communication across the business
Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Engineering, or Food Science

• 6+ years in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Food CPG

• Proven project management experience of at least 3 years

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Strong people management and communication skills
