Key Responsibilities:

• Own global supply and inventory strategy across plants

• Define and optimize inventory policies for efficiency

• Ensure timely product availability while minimizing costs

• Lead initiatives to reduce excess inventory and improve turns

• Provide strategic insights to Senior Leadership

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Supply Chain or Production Planning

• Advanced ERP experience with SAP or similar

• 7+ years leading dispersed, multi-functional teams

• Expertise in SIOP and global distribution networks

• Strong background in managing manufacturing and TPMs
