Global Director of Manufacturing Planning

Shape the future of beauty at DECIEM as the Global Director of Manufacturing Planning. Lead supply strategy and optimize inventory processes to ensure product availability and cost-effective operations.

In this full-time, permanent role based in Etobicoke, the Director oversees the end-to-end supply planning strategy. You will integrate production planning, new product supply, and inventory management across various teams, ensuring alignment with growth objectives. A strong focus on capacity utilization and cost performance will help build a data-driven planning organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own global supply and inventory strategy

• Optimize inventory policies and replenishment logic

• Ensure product availability while minimizing costs

• Balance service levels and network productivity

• Lead initiatives to reduce excess inventory

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Supply Chain or Production Planning

• 7+ years leading multi-functional global teams

• Advanced ERP experience (SAP, MS Dynamics 365)

• Expertise in SIOP and inventory optimization

• Experience managing Third-Party Manufacturers
