About the role.

Reporting to the Vice President of Agriculture & Sustainability, the Senior Manager, Agriculture Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) is accountable for integrating Agriculture with the broader McCain North America business. This role leads the Agriculture ISC, Potato Contracting, and Agricultural Engineering functions to ensure a reliable, high-quality potato supply aligned with production plans, a strong grower partnership and contracting model, and effective delivery of agricultural capital projects.

The role serves as a key Agriculture representative across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and other enterprise partners.

What you'll be doing.
  • Lead North American potato contracting strategy and execution, including commercial and seed potato negotiations, pricing strategy, and grower partnership models.
  • Oversee integrated supply chain strategy to align potato volume, quality, and timing with production plans across North America.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Ag ISC, Contracts, and Ag Engineering teams, ensuring clear processes, strong controls, and consistent execution.
  • Represent Agriculture in S&OP processes, including Supply Gap Reviews, scenario planning, and risk management.
  • Drive adoption of analytics, AI, and digital tools to transition from reporting to actionable, decision-oriented insights.
  • Oversee agricultural capital planning and project execution, ensuring delivery of SCA, ROI, supply security, and safety objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, and Seed & Variety teams to enable long-term business success.
  • Represent McCain at agricultural industry events and external forums.
What you'll need to be successful.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in agriculture, supply chain, or related management roles, including people leadership or cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and strategic relationship management, ideally with growers or suppliers.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data, Power BI, and digital tools to influence business decisions.
  • Hands‑on experience applying analytics, AI, or advanced planning tools to complex supply chain challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated resilience, accountability, and collaboration in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within North America.
About the team.

This role leads a North American team of three direct reports: the ISC Manager, Ag Contracts Lead, and Ag Engineering Manager. The team works closely with regional field teams, manufacturing sites, and enterprise partners to ensure an integrated, future‑ready agricultural supply chain that supports McCain's long‑term growth.

Leadership principles.
  • Understanding customer needs: Work backwards from internal and external customer requirements to design effective Agriculture engagement and solutions.
  • Driving innovation: Think big, plan ahead, simplify processes, and embrace new ways of working through technology and AI.
  • Empowering people: Lead with empathy, inclusion, and trust while developing and coaching high‑performing teams.
  • Taking ownership to deliver results: Act like an owner by prioritizing what matters most, providing clarity, and driving outcomes with speed and accountability.
