Provide exceptional service as a Customer Order Management Specialist at Spin Master, managing orders with precision and supporting customer satisfaction through proactive strategies.
In this role, you'll join Spin Master’s customer-facing team, responsible for managing orders within 48 hours from receipt to delivery. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, leverage SAP for order execution, and ensure compliance with customer deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders accurately within 48 hours
• Communicate service issues promptly to stakeholders
• Utilize SAP and third-party systems for order navigation
• Partner with Supply Chain to address root cause issues
• Administer quotes and collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams
Requirements:
• Experience in CPG or Retail environment preferred
• Expertise with SAP or a Tier 1 ERP system
• Ability to manage high-volume data accurately
• Strong communication skills required
• Commitment to continuous process improvement
