Become a part of Lindt Canada in a hybrid Customer Supply Chain Specialist role in Toronto. Create valuable customer relationships while expertly navigating order management and logistics.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Customer Supply Chain, you will be the crucial point of contact for customers. Maintaining order accuracy and resolving discrepancies will be integral to your success. Experience in SAP, supply chain processes, and a detail-oriented approach are essential for this 3–4 year experienced position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage customer orders in SAP
• Monitor orders from receipt through to delivery
• Address customer inquiries regarding stock and shipment
• Prepare case fill and performance reports using Excel
• Recommend improvements to policies and workflows
Requirements:
• Bilingual English/French is an asset
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
