Position: Supply Chain Associate at Formula Fig
Join Formula Fig as a Supply Chain Associate to optimize logistics and inventory for our innovative skincare locations. This role emphasizes seamless operations between suppliers and Fig Bars while driving guest satisfaction.

The Supply Chain Associate will collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and various departments. Key responsibilities include managing inbound logistics, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining a well-organized distribution center. You will also oversee fulfillment operations for our guest experiences, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound logistics and purchase orders efficiently

• Conduct regular inventory and reconcile product counts

• Organize and maintain an efficient distribution center

• Ensure accurate fulfillment for all Fig Bar locations

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain and inventory management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with Shopify for e-commerce operations

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in task management tools like Asana
