Position: Supply Chain Development Manager at Kraft Heinz
Join Kraft Heinz in Toronto as the Supply Chain Development Manager. Oversee critical supply chain projects while enhancing operational efficiency and delivering strategic goals.

Reporting to the AD, you'll manage various CANADA BU initiatives while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams. This role entails balancing project commercialization and productivity enhancements, while also optimizing supply chain strategies. You'll need to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure success in your initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as lead on commercialization from a supply chain viewpoint

• Drive network optimization for top brands' supply strategies

• Monitor ongoing productivity improvements and track projects

• Manage capital requests for internal and external facilities

• Maintain clear communication across all operational teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Food Science

• 6+ years of related experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles

• Excellent analytical and communication capabilities
