Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely processing and audit of customer orders
• Resolve discrepancies related to stock and shipment
• Follow up on customer-specific order requirements
• Maintain performance tracking reports using Excel
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of order management experience
• Strong SAP knowledge preferred
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Relevant post-secondary education
