As a Logistics & Operations Specialist at Knix, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining supply chain execution. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will utilize your 3+ years of experience to optimize logistics processes from production to customer delivery. You'll be responsible for managing inbound freight, fulfilling eCommerce and retail orders, and ensuring compliance and logistics integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound freight and customs documentation

• Manage fulfillment operations with 3PL teams

• Troubleshoot system integrations for accuracy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics

• Ensure operational redundancy with team coordination

Requirements:

• 3+ years in logistics or supply chain

• Proficient in Net Suite and advanced Excel

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

• Capable of handling high-pressure periods
