About

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management Specialist to support our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating order fulfillment activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products move efficiently through our supply chain. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple teams to support operational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full order fulfillment process, from order receipt through to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse personnel, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Oversee inventory transfers, replenishments, and stock movements across locations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and track orders through completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and order activity.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and process returns as needed.
  • Generate reports and provide operational insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
