Position: Procurement Specialist in Greater

We are seeking a motivated procurement coordinator with at least one year of experience in purchasing support or supply chain. Your key responsibilities include monitoring shipments, resolving supply issues, and maintaining accurate ERP data. Strong communication and Excel skills will be essential for collaborating with vendors and internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor contact for purchase orders and shipment status

• Confirm timelines with domestic and international suppliers

• Identify and escalate supply delays or issues

• Maintain accurate information in the ERP system

• Support reporting for Procurement and Supply Planning teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in procurement coordination or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

• Strong communication skills

• Diploma or degree in relevant field preferred

• Located in Greater Toronto Area, authorized to work in Canada
