Supply Chain Manager

Position: Kraft Heinz Supply Chain Manager Role
Lead supply chain efforts at Kraft Heinz's Toronto headquarters. As a Supply Chain Development Manager, you'll drive innovation and optimize overall network solutions for key brands.

In this role, you will report directly to the AD, focusing on CANADA BU initiatives. Your collaboration with various departments, including R&D and procurement, will be essential in ensuring operational goals are met and projects successfully executed. You'll oversee product value engineering and strategic sourcing to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supply chain commercialization projects efficiently

• Identify and implement network optimization strategies

• Champion productivity initiatives within manufacturing

• Coordinate capital project requests and budget approvals

• Serve as liaison between business teams and operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Food Science

• At least 6 years in Supply Chain or Manufacturing roles

• Proven project management skills with 3+ years' experience

• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methods

• Exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills
