Director of Supply Chain at Silk & Snow

Drive supply chain strategy at Silk & Snow as a Director of Supply Chain. This role focuses on developing distribution networks and optimizing transportation strategies across Canada and the U.S.

As a key leader in the organization with over 10 years of experience, you'll shape the supply chain roadmap, negotiate with partners, and oversee P&L responsibilities. You’ll work closely with senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering cross-functional partnerships in omnichannel retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Canada/US distribution network strategy and decisions

• Lead negotiations with logistics providers and carriers

• Define the multi-year supply chain roadmap and investments

• Manage the supply chain P&L, delivering on budget targets

• Drive key performance metrics and service levels

Requirements:

• University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

• 10+ years in supply chain or logistics

• 4 years of leadership in omnichannel retail

• Experience with cross-border and multi-channel fulfillment

• Strong financial acumen with cost management expertise
