Position: Director Manufacturing Planning - On-Site Role
Drive transformative changes in supply strategy at DECIEM as the Director of Manufacturing Planning. Optimize global operations for better efficiency and product distribution.

Located in Etobicoke, this full-time position requires overseeing the supply chain from production planning to inventory management. You will lead initiatives that enhance service levels while minimizing costs and managing risks across the global network. Expect to develop a scalable organization that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own inventory strategy across plants and hubs

• Optimize product distribution to reduce costs

• Align initiatives with company KPIs and objectives

• Lead plans to improve inventory turns

• Ensure product availability at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in Supply Chain or Production Planning

• Proven experience managing global teams

• Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP, MS Dynamics 365)

• Deep expertise in SIOP and distribution networks

• Experience with Third-Party Manufacturing management
