Position: Supply Planning Analyst at DECIEM
Join DECIEM as a Supply Planning Analyst, responsible for managing procurement and inventory processes. This role is based at our Toronto headquarters and ensures a consistent supply of materials.

As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will oversee critical production and procurement functions within a collaborative and dynamic team. The position focuses on optimizing inventory levels and ensuring material availability, supporting both internal production and Third-Party Manufacture operations. You will work closely with sourcing and cross-functional teams to drive effective decision-making and milestone delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine material purchase quantities and timing

• Maintain continuous supply to avoid production delays

• Optimize inventory levels for manufacturing needs

• Develop strategies for improved supply flow

• Collaborate with sourcing for supplier capability assessments

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in SCM or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Planning

• Preferred certifications in Inventory/Supply Chain Management

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Knowledge of ERP systems in procurement and materials management
