In this position, you will process dealer parts requests and solve logistics challenges. Your analytical skills will be crucial in supporting global teams, ensuring timely order tracking, and optimizing supply chain processes with a leading brand. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle dealer parts requests through an internal ticketing system
• Expedite orders by coordinating with distribution teams
• Advise on part specifications and suitable alternatives
• Manage returns, claims, and vendor service levels
• Support pricing analytics with monthly reporting
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts
• Knowledge of SAP, especially MM or WM modules
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP systems
• PMP or project management training preferred
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
