Supply Chain Materials Planner

Enhance supply chain effectiveness as a Supply Chain Materials Planner with FGF Group.

Your role will focus on efficient inventory management and supplier engagement in a bakery setting.

You will report to the Supply Planning Manager and be instrumental in weekly planning and replenishment activities. This position demands keen analytical skills to maintain inventory accuracy and report on operational metrics, supporting the quality teams' efforts to extend the shelf life of ingredients. You will also evaluate risks and collaborate on new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan ingredient and packaging replenishment on a weekly basis

• Generate and track purchase orders with suppliers

• Maintain accurate inventory records across systems

• Collaborate with PLM and baked goods teams

• Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 1 year in a materials planning role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP

• Strong communicator with excellent analytical skills

• Flexibility in work hours when needed
