This position involves vital purchasing activities across our national branches, ensuring inventory accuracy and availability. Responsibilities include generating purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and executing aligned purchasing strategies to meet operational needs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in optimizing purchasing efficiency and supporting branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and generate purchase orders for materials
• Ensure min/max inventory levels in all branches
• Monitor consumption trends for effective stock management
• Partner with branches to mitigate supply gaps
• Track purchasing against vendor agreements
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in procurement or supply chain roles
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory
• Strong understanding of inventory concepts
• Detail-oriented and analytical approach
• Experience with ERP or field service systems is a bonus
Contribute to the procurement processes at Right Time and enhance operational excellence.
