Elevate your expertise with Cosmetica as a Supply Chain Planner. This full time, onsite position is all about managing customer orders and driving operational efficiencies for a leading beauty innovator.

In your role at Cosmetica Laboratories, you will be responsible for managing client orders from inception to delivery, acting as a key contact for customer-related issues. You will coordinate shipments, implement order changes, and keep track of performance metrics, ensuring client satisfaction is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor client orders from receipt to shipment

• Act as the voice of the customer at the site

• Coordinate customer order releases and shipments

• Facilitate order revisions, cancellations, and liabilities

• Report on OTIF performance and client metrics

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field

• Preferred BSc in Supply Chain or Logistics

• Minimum 3 years of client experience in manufacturing

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office
