Join DECIEM as a Supply Chain Initiatives Coordinator in Etobicoke, overseeing critical supply chain projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will proactively coordinate new initiative projects, ensuring adherence to aggressive timelines at DECIEM’s 123 Eastside Drive Manufacturing Facility. Responsibilities include managing the flow of goods, providing updates on project status, and collaborating across departments to meet product supply goals. Strategic problem-solving and data analysis will be essential to track performance and navigate challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects for on-time and budget-compliant delivery

• Collaborate with internal teams and external contract manufacturers

• Produce weekly and monthly reports on KPIs

• Ensure data accuracy in master data management

• Support international expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, focusing on business or supply chain

• Direct knowledge of transportation and inventory control

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration

• Experience with ERP Production Planning modules
