DECIEM Demand Planner

Position: DECIEM Demand Planner on Contract
Take on the Demand Planner role at DECIEM in a contract capacity until June 30, 2027. Focus on data-driven insights for effective forecasting and planning.

As Demand Planner, you will support DECIEM's monthly forecasting by analyzing sales trends and new product initiatives. Your skills in statistical modeling and data analysis will play a key role in crafting precise forecasts. Collaboration with marketing and customer teams will enhance your insights, allowing you to align supply efforts with demand more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the monthly forecast cycle

• Review trends, cannibalization, and future promotions

• Develop detailed forecasts with customer insights

• Assist in exception management and KPI development

• Monitor progress against forecasting for corrective actions

Requirements:

• 2‑4 years of experience in Demand Planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar

• Strong business acumen and communication skills

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Proven relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams
