This role is on-site at Dentalcorp’s Toronto office, 4 days a week. You will report into the Director, Construction and Maintenance this role, you will Manage internal process as it relates to the capital project pipeline, including new builds, expansions, renovations and other construction-related projects
Manage intake and tracking of all projects and ad-hoc construction requests
Track project financials committed and spent to budget through recording purchase orders and invoicing (including submission of quotes/invoices)
Assist with building an automated construction dashboard
Administer and organize all construction documents including quotes, drawings, photos, budget trackers, schedules and reports
Coordinate emergency response work and insurance claims as required
Liaison with internal stakeholders including practice-level teams, finance, operations and other support centre departments
Other administrative tasks as required
What we’re looking for Experience in a similar type of role, preferably with a large, national tenant and/or landlord
Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset
General knowledge of construction and maintenance as it relates to commercial space
Excellent time-management and administration skills with a high-level of attention to detail
Professional demeanour and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, able to prioritize and balance multiple demands and priorities independently
Bilingual English/French would be an asset

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
