The Project Manager GSI will manage the deployment of GSI full, including the Production Planning module and other related applications. Bangalow manufacturing as well as establishing a full production and supply operations in Kingston will require an upgrade from the current GSI Light module to GSI full. The deployment will be for 12 months max, including post‑implementation support.

• Manage all phases of SAP/GSI roll‑out from pre‑study and kick‑off to the end of post go‑live, overseeing the IS&T project team, providers, and RBPE support.
• Build and manage the site deployment team (local KU) and coordinate change management actions (training, organizational updates, new ways of working) with RBPE/local change manager support.
• Coordinate data cleansing activities and ensure data reliability.
• Maintain the project issues log and the escalation process at the site/region level.
• Perform change‑management impact assessments with key stakeholders to design the change‑management plan; monitor and update the plan with regular reporting to project sponsors, stakeholders, and global CM teams.
• Handle risk related to change management and advise site management on actions related to organizational impacts, limiting localization impacts while respecting GSI core processes.
• Validate as the business representative that the site GSI landscape to be deployed meets requirements.
• Animate, inform, and engage the Site Management Committee during roll‑out phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in site operations activity, with at least 5 years of ERP experience and solid understanding of industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics (including warehouse management), material management, and finance modules.
• Project management skills from previous ERP deployments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English.
