As a Senior Expert in the Global Value Stream team, you will develop foundational process designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams for supply chain excellence. This role demands deep domain knowledge and the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives. Your analytical mindset will be pivotal for establishing performance dashboards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design global templates for supply chain domains

• Harmonize global process standards with stakeholders

• Translate operational needs into system requirements

• Lead initiatives focusing on value stream mapping

• Monitor process health with Data & Analytics teams

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing

• Demonstrated expertise in functional supply chain domains

• Strong lean methodology proficiency

• Conversant with WMS or operational technology

• Proven success in process standardization across sites
