Position: Supply Chain Network Strategy Director Role
Join McCain Foods as the Director of Supply Chain Network Strategy & Design. Lead the strategy for manufacturing and distribution in the Global Snacking business, ensuring cost-effective operations.

This full-time director position focuses on creating a resilient finished-goods network. You will report to the VP, Supply Chain – Global Snacking, working across multiple regions to align operational strategies and develop a strong new team. Your decisions on make-vs-buy and sourcing will have a significant impact on McCain's global supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and optimize the global finished-goods network

• Develop strategy for make-vs-buy decisions

• Conduct scenario planning and network modeling

• Act as advisor to Regional Managing Directors

• Foster a “One Supply Chain” culture

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred

• 10+ years of relevant experience in FMCG/CPG

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders

• Proficiency in advanced analytics and optimization

• Experience in regulatory and trade compliance
