Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to develop unbiased 24-month forecasts

• Collaborate with finance for monthly IBP and forecast linkage

• Validate sizing for innovations and campaigns in the forecast

• Coach and develop planning team capabilities

• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of planning platforms

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain and financial acumen

• Familiarity with advanced planning platforms (e.g., SAP IBP)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize amidst conflicting priorities
