Logistics Supervisor & Go

Position: Logistics Supervisor with Give & Go
Join Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. as a Logistics Supervisor and enhance our warehouse operations. Supervise shipping and receiving processes while promoting a culture of safety and performance excellence.

As a key part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitoring employee performance. You will report on order statuses, assist in problem-solving, and facilitate a positive work environment. Your ability to lead and guide employees in their tasks will be instrumental in achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving and shipping logistics

• Guide employees on safety practices and compliance

• Monitor inventory and requisition materials

• Conduct root cause analysis of issues

• Maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:

• Completion of high school or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Strong detail orientation and urgency

• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP guidelines
