Morgan seeks an experienced Parts Coordinator to join their committed team working on heavy civil construction projects. Key responsibilities include receiving and verifying parts, handling documentation, and actively participating in safety initiatives. Candidates will also need to demonstrate skills in inventory control and managing materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and verify incoming parts against shipping documents
• Ensure safe storage and handling of materials and chemicals
• Prepare return shipments and rectify damages or shortages
• Pick up and deliver parts and components as needed
• Participate in safety program initiatives and uphold a strong safety culture
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a parts coordinator role
• Knowledge of shipping procedures for dangerous goods
• Capable of lifting heavy items regularly
• Proficient in computer skills, including inventory systems
• Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
