Director of Global Snacking Supply Chain

Lead the Supply Chain Network Strategy & Design at McCain Foods. This pivotal role focuses on end-to-end management of global manufacturing and distribution for snacking products.

As the Director, you will work closely with the VP, Supply Chain – Global Snacking, forming a new team dedicated to optimizing sourcing and operational strategies. Your leadership will ensure that the supply chain seamlessly aligns with McCain's broader business objectives and enhances global efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the finished-goods network strategy

• Lead governance for make-vs-buy decisions

• Implement network optimization and capacity planning

• Develop a high-performing strategy team

• Align stakeholder execution with global strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering

• Over 10 years in supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG

• Expertise in network optimization and analytics

• Solid understanding of trade compliance

• Skills in building high-performing teams and partnerships
