You will report to the Procurement Manager and manage procurement tasks for various office supplies, personal protective equipment, and more. This position emphasizes organized support and the ability to maintain strong relationships with team members and suppliers, ensuring supplies meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily Driver schedules as needed
• Administer key functions for the Purchasing team
• Ensure maintained stock levels and processing of purchase orders
• Expedite and manage purchase orders and changes
• Assist in sourcing cost-effective MRO suppliers
Requirements:
• Experience in an administrative role is beneficial
• Diploma in Business or Operations Management is preferred
• MS Office proficiency required
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Syte Line is a plus
• Quick adaptability in changing work conditions
