Director of Procurement Strategy in Ontario

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Procurement, you will drive strategic development in procurement for gaming and lottery divisions. This role demands a proven ability to foster supplier relationships, engage in market research, and optimize contract management processes. You will ensure compliance while supporting operational initiatives through collaboration and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex procurement sourcing strategies

• Oversee the execution of sourcing events

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers

• Maintain supplier performance and compliance

• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years sourcing experience

• 5+ years procurement management experience

• Knowledge of procurement laws and practices

• Skilled in analytics and market research

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
