Advance your career in supply chain management with Rakuten Kobo Inc. as a Global Supply Chain Analyst on an 18-month contract. This full-time role emphasizes analytic skills in logistics and procurement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day supply chain operations while supporting continuous process improvements. You'll work closely with internal teams and production partners overseas to ensure accurate order management and swift issue resolution. A strong attention to detail will be critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process RMA requests from retailers

• Manage reverse logistics and inventory alignments

• Handle purchase orders, including creation and changes

• Provide weekly updates on production timelines

• Detect and resolve discrepancies in transactions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain fields

• Familiarity with ERP systems for transaction processing

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data tools

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations

• Organized and able to work independently
