Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating procurement activities and supporting cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring adherence to organizational policies and managing vendor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support procurement processes and operations daily
• Coordinate vendor engagements and procurement documentation
• Facilitate contract execution with authorities and vendors
• Maintain organized pre- and post-award contract files
• Manage updates and data integrity in contracts database
Requirements:
• University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience managing complex procurement
• Knowledge of procurement and contract law an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills for clear information sharing
