Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customs clearance for LTL shipments

• Prepare and review shipping documents and declarations

• Ensure compliance with CBP/CBSA regulations

• Liaise with brokers and internal teams for timely clearance

• Track and trace shipments to resolve customs delays

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in logistics or related field

• Minimum 3-4 years in customs coordination

• Experience using Border Connect

• Knowledge of customs regulations and processes

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
