Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end sourcing strategies for external labour categories

• Implement sourcing projects, from RFI/RFP to contract negotiations

• Analyze market data to optimize supplier selection

• Manage risk assessments and supplier performance

• Provide strategic consulting for sourcing frameworks and negotiations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience

• Expertise in procurement processes and supplier contract negotiation

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and influence capabilities

• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis
