Sodexo Supply Management Vice President

Join Sodexo as Vice President, Supply Management Canada in Toronto and take charge of innovative strategies in procurement and supply chain management. This full-time leadership role is designed for strategic thinkers passionate about driving efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will spearhead category optimization and steer the Supply Management team towards achieving corporate goals. Your focus will be on developing multi-year strategies, leveraging North American resources, and ensuring top-notch supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct procurement and sourcing efforts across multiple categories

• Strategically develop growth and collaboration plans for Supply

• Partner with stakeholders to drive supply chain synergies

• Manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance and quality

• Foster relationships with the Global Sourcing group

Requirements:

• Degree in business, logistics, or supply management

• 10-15 years in supply management leadership roles

• Expertise in vendor management and category optimization

• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

• Fluent in English;
French would be beneficial
