MEMS & Electronics Supply Chain Specialist

Sheba Microsystems is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for its Toronto, ON office. This full-time role involves coordinating operations and logistics in MEMS and electronics manufacturing.

In this role, you will manage supplier follow-ups, purchase orders, and logistics documentation, ensuring synchronization across various aspects of operations. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing manufacturing flows and collaborating with engineering teams to maintain a high level of operational performance. The position promises exposure to real-world challenges within a growing high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in purchasing and logistics documentation

• Facilitate communication between operations and external partners

• Maintain awareness of supplier commitments and delivery schedules

• Support tracking of inventory and shipment coordination

• Enhance operational procedures and documentation practices

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

• Full-time availability at the Toronto office
