Kenaidan's Procurement Coordinator Position

Join Kenaidan as a Procurement Coordinator located in Toronto, ON. Your coordination skills will be vital for vendor management and RFPQ activities within our innovative projects.

In this full-time role, you will coordinate vendor prequalification, manage RFPQ packages, and assist in evaluation processes. Collaborating with project teams, you will ensure all procurement activities align with specifications while maintaining compliance documentation. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate prequalification of vendors aligned with project procurement plans

• Act as the primary contact for RFPQ package issuance

• Assist in preparing RFPQ market distribution

• Support vendor performance reviews and updates

• Administer procurement document control systems

Requirements:

• CET or Arch Tech Diploma preferred

• 3 years of experience in General Contracting or procurement

• Familiarity with construction contracts and compliance

• Excellent interpersonal skills essential

• Background in Collaborative Design Build projects an asset
