Demand Planning Specialist at TTI

Be a pivotal part of Techtronic Industries Inc. in North York, ON as a Demand Planner. Use your analytical skills to forecast demand and enhance sales effectiveness.

As a full-time Demand Planner, you will work to create accurate forecasts aligned with promotional strategies and overall business objectives. Collaborating across Sales, Channel, and Supply teams, you will analyze data and communicate trends, ensuring proactive management of inventory and fill rates.

Your role seeks continuous improvement in processes and actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on SKU forecasts with Sales and Channel teams

• Analyze and adjust forecasts based on order trends

• Highlight inventory risks and work on mitigation strategies

• Improve internal processes for enhanced efficiency

• Update leadership monthly on Sales & Operations data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or similar

• Minimum 2 years in demand planning or supply chain

• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query

• Knowledge of SOP processes and supply chain practices

• Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities
