About the Role

As our Replenishment & Reporting Analyst, you’ll partner closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time—across all channels. Reporting to the Sr. Inventory Planner, you’ll play a key role in driving omni‑channel inventory productivity and exceeding targets across inventory turn, weeks of supply (WOS), in‑stock, and fill rate.

About You
  • You're naturally curious and analytical, with a strong eye for detail.
  • You think in both data and customer experience—you understand the “why” behind the numbers.
  • You're proactive and solutions‑oriented, always looking for ways to improve how things work.
  • You're highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing precision.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, and can collaborate with and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • You're comfortable in a fast‑moving environment and excited to build as you go.
  • You're energized by Knix’s mission and want to be part of what we’re building.
What You’ll Do
  • Own core forecasting and replenishment for your categories, driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy across both short‑term (in‑season replenishment) and long‑term planning (rolling 15 months).
  • Drive strong in‑stock and fill rate performance, ensuring customers can always find their core Knix products.
  • Become the go‑to expert on your business—understanding seasonality, product performance, and when to rationalize by SKU or size.
  • Balance inventory across distribution centres (CA & US) and emerging channels (Amazon, wholesale), optimizing for growth and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity—from increasing sell‑through to reducing aged inventory and improving WOS and turnover.
  • Use data to influence decisions—providing recommendations on buy depth and assortment, and confidently challenging assumptions.
  • Own and evolve our Quick Turn replenishment model with sourcing and vendor partners.
  • Build tools, improve workflows, and reduce manual work to make our processes smarter and more efficient.
  • Deliver clear, accurate reporting (daily, weekly, and ad hoc) that helps the business move faster and make better decisions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in retail inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with key retail metrics (sales, gross margin, receipt flow, size curves, OTB, etc.).
  • Experience with forecasting models, replenishment systems, or inventory optimization tools is an asset.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets; experience with SQL, BI tools, or dashboards is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity while solving complex problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Compensation
  • Salary starting at $85,000 annually.
Compensation & Care
  • 100% of the premiums for your health, dental, and Health Spending Account (HSA) through our benefits provider. Includes coverage for paramedical services, mental health support, and vision care, and access to the Dialogue app.
  • 3 Floater Days and 10 Sick Days every year, plus 4 extra paid days off attached to Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, and Labour Day.
  • 80% of your salary for 24 weeks Paid Parental Leave for birthing parents, partners, and parents via adoption or surrogacy.
  • GRSP Match program up to 3% match.
  • $500 annual development budget.
  • 50% discount on Knix products.
