This role is focused on enhancing business operations in logistics while ensuring quality, safety, and employee morale. You will collect and analyze data to instill best practices while supporting the Operations team with ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive cross-functional project launches, emphasizing West Coast operations
• Analyze processes and suggest data-driven changes
• Facilitate training and establish necessary skills for operability
• Develop CI Engineers for a strong lean-focused team
• Utilize Lean tools to reduce waste and improve quality
Requirements:
• 5-7 years' experience in logistics operations
• Degree in engineering, project management, or closely related field
• Knowledge of lean practices
• Preferred Yellow Belt or higher Lean Six Sigma
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
