Position: Aerospace Procurement Agent Role
Join Millennium Space Systems as a Procurement Agent and contribute to vital aerospace missions. This role emphasizes procurement execution, supplier management, and compliance in a defense-focused environment.

As a Procurement Agent, you will engage in crucial procurement activities, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain. With at least three years of procurement experience, your expertise will support the placement and lifecycle management of purchase orders. Your duties will involve cross-functional collaboration to define requirements and resolve supply chain issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders in ERP system

• Ensure accuracy of terms, pricing, and delivery dates

• Maintain alignment with Material Requirements Planning schedules

• Support supplier performance by escalating issues

• Conduct price analysis for fair pricing in negotiations

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in procurement field

• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance

• Relevant degree preferred, but not required
