Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this position demands significant expertise in analytics and forecasting for supply and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience managing S&OP processes, alongside strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in forecasting tools. You will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate forecasts that guide inventory strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project launch and maintain S&OP process

• Develop demand plans and supply forecasts across multiple levels

• Evaluate statistical forecast models and results

• Coordinate with sales and marketing for forecast drivers

• Utilize forecasting software and Microsoft Excel effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years of experience in S&OP processes

• 3+ years in a leadership role

• Proven record in supply and inventory planning

• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced forecasting tools
